Dr Floyd moved to Shreveport, Louisiana after his Internal Medicine Residency at Tulane and Charity Hospitals in New Orleans.
He practiced Internal Medicine in Shreveport for fifteen years. The focus of his practice evolved into care for the elderly.
Dr. Floyd returned to Florida but it was his fondness of older patients that prompted a return to school. In June of 2009, he completed a Fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Dr. Floyd is married and lives with his wife,Wendy in Manatee County.
He now welcomes you to his Private Practice in Geriatrics in Bradenton, Florida.
